You may have seen barbecue duo Shane and Mike recently on TVNZ's Cooks on Fire cooking up a storm!

Shane is the owner of BBQs & More, while Mike is the owner of The Big Smoke BBQ. They're well known for teaming up and creating amazing barbecue cuisine.

Mike and Shane share how to break down a whole beef rump, then prepare steaks and smoke the rump cap (or pichana) using secret barbecue techniques. They will then cook the rump over charcoal using the PK Grill from BBQS & More with The Big Smoke BBQ range of rub seasonings and sauces.
